- The Government intend to issue a Sole Source contract to Technological Systems Sales DBA AVKM Company, a woman owned small business, located at 3552 Garden Brook Drive, Dallas TX 75234-2443 for the purchase and installation of a Battle Command Inform ation System (BCIS). The acquisition estimated is within the simplified acquisition threshold and is a non-commercial item. The BCIS is a proven, one-of-a-kind system and the only system currently in use by the military worldwide designed for lightweight, portability, flexibility and ease of use in field environment. The BCIS has demonstrated it has a low maintenance record and proven reliability in operational environments through its use by other military organizations worldwide. The SIC is 5731. The NAICS code is 334310. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. All costs must be included in the offer. Offers are due before 1600, 10 August 2005.
