Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrological Instrumentation Facility in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi intends to make award on a sole source basis to Ocean Marine Industries of Chesapeake, Virginia. The Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has a requirement to test, warehouse and sell nutrient detectors for commercial resale or rental to its customers. The HIF routinely stocks a multitude of instruments which are supplied by a number of different manufactures. This award will allow the HIF to test the Ocean Marine brand equipment. The HIF's customer base determines the demand for equipment purchased. The anticipated award date is 08/01/2005 under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 334519.
