- The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Dr. Christophe Bisiere, Ph.D., for J-1 Visa training program with CDS for assistance to the Office of Economic Analysis (OEA) in their training program for foreign economists. The contractor will work with Economic Analysis employees to provide assistance with regard to market microstructure in the U.S. securities markets. The period of performance will be through September 1, 2006. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be used.
