Description

To all potential offerors: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has a requirement for Base Support Services for Fiscal Year 2006 through Fiscal Year 2010. Request for Proposal (RFP) FERC05-RFP-50335 serves as the main source of information and documentation required for participation in a competition for the Support Services cited herein. Please note: No paper copies of the RFP will be distributed. The RFP and all supporting documentation are available at http://www.ferc.gov/about/offices/oed/oed-proc/base-sup-serv.asp. The following requirements dates are provided for informational purposes only and can be found in the RFP; FERC05-RFP-50335, and specifically, Section L - Instructions To Offerors. Notification of attendance at the Pre-bidder’s conference is due not later than June 13, 2005, 12:00EDT. Submission of no more than three individuals per company may attend, and must be forwarded to the Procuring Contracting Officer, Kimberly F. Fernandez, at the PCO’s email address; Kimberly.fernandez@ferc.gov. (Please see Section L-4 for specific instructions.) The Pre-Bidder’s Conference will be held, June 14, 2005, 10:00EDT, FERC Headquarters, Commission Meeting Room, 2nd Floor. (Please see Section L-4 for specific instructions.) Questions/Clarifications are due June 17, 2005, 3:00PM EDT (Please See Section L-5 for specific instructions.) Proposals are due July 11, 2005, 3:00PM EDT. In addition, the FERC has made available for utilization in this competition, supporting documentation, which can be found at the FERC website: http://www.ferc.gov/about/offices/oed/oed-proc/base-sup-serv.asp The Point of Contact for this Solicitation is Kimberly F.
