Description

The Federal Correctional Institution, Marianna, Florida, is seeking a contractor to provide the service of Jewish Rabbi. Offerors must possess a college degree and be a graduate of a Jewish seminary. Contractors responding to the RFQ must complete and submit along with their quote the form included in the solicitation ?Credentials of Religious Services Contractor? and provide a letter of endorsement from their local religious organization indicating their good standings. Two personal references letters are also required with the contractor?s quote. The resulting contract will be for a base period, not to exceed twelve months, with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the government. The number of two hour sessions per year is estimated at 12, depending on the actual date of award and availability of funds. The solicitation will be available on or around August 06, 2005 and will be distributed through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed unless determined by the contracting officer to be in the best interest of the government.
