***OPEN TO US POSTAL SERVICE PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS ONLY******US Postal Service is requesting proposals for parking lot reconstruction at subject postal facility. Contractor to provide all material, labor, services, equipment, permits, licenses, necessary fo the parking lot reconstruction. WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DRAINAGE, PAVEMENT REPAIRS, STRIPING, AND ASSOCIATED TASKS, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Estimated cost: $150,000 - $200,000. Preproposal meeting will be held on site 1315 Inwood Ave., Bronx, NY @ 9 AM August 17, 2005. Attendance is strongly recommended. Solicitation packages may be purchased after August 4, 2005 from Tech-Repro, 65 Zabriskie St, Hackensack, NJ 07601 (201) 489-1333, It is prohibited to pay any fee, commission, percentage or brokerage fee to any person or firm contingent upon or resulting from the award of a contract for this project. PERSONAL VISTS AND TELPHONE CALLS for the purpose of discussing this project is not permitted. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors received and the amount of any offer or relative standing of the offers will not be disclosed to ANYONE until time of contract award.
