Description: The contractor will furnish all supplies, equipment, personnel and services necessary for the Upgrade/Replacement of the Automated Book Conveyor System at the Library of Congress, Washington, DC. The Award wil be based on "Best Value". The solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically by August 8, 2005.
