Description: Stewardship contract on the Calaveras Ranger District of the Stanislaus National Forest, for the logging of approx. 1.1 mbf of timber, removal of approx. 7194 green tons of biomass on 321 acres, 172 acres of tree/brush shredding, 89 acres of machine piling, and 6 acres of hand cutting/piling. Logging consists of 243 acres of tractor ground, and 31 acres of skyline. Elective work to be done if bid premium allows will includes 48 acres of plantation pruning and 46 additional acres of hand cutting/piling. Est start work date is Sept 12, 2005 and will go thru December 2006.
