Description

Provide all labor, tool, parts, equipment, software and incidentals necessary to provide hardware and software maintenance on the following Dictaphone equipment: One (1) model no. 1517 EXV03-000 Enterprise Express Voice Processing System and one (1) model no. 1517 EVX07-000 Enterprise Express Data Server. Contract period will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for one (1) additional one-year period. Contractor must be certified to provide maintenance on Dictaphone equipment, and provide proof of certification with quotation. Low risk background investigations will be required on all contractor employees working under this contract. The cost of the investigations will be the responsibility of the contractor. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a commercial item service and will be issued on or about August 1, 2005 with quotes due on or about September 1, 2005. Hard copy solicitations will not be issued. Contractor may obtain a copy of the solicitation and any attachments at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments to the solicitation. All quotes must be returned to the address in block 9 of Standard Form 1449. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 811212 applies.
