Description

Requirement: The contractor is expected to provide all labor, material, equipment, and inventory necessary to manage and operate a turn key supply store comparable to a full service, commercial retail hardware store at Langley Air Force Base (AFB), VA. A 3000 square foot facility will be provided for store operation. Historical annual sales average between $1.8 to $2.2 million per year. Primary Payment vehicle will be the government purchase card. A long-term No-Cost Service contract is anticipated, one base year (Nov 05 ? Nov 06) and four subsequent one-year options. Multiple awards are not anticipated. This procurement is a competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 444130 (Hardware Stores) with a size standard of 500 employees.
