- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F2Q3075168A100 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside IAW FAR 19.502(a). The NAICS Code is 444130 and the small business size standard is 500 employee.
