- Firm Fixed Price Award to be made under the Simplified Procurement Threshold. Brand Name or Equal Barco Products honeycombed recycled plastic landscape timbers, 8 in length, pre-drilled; 3,000 each, for delivery to Lake Shelbyville, RR # 4, Shelb yville, Illinois, 62565. Timbers must be brown, predrilled with a honeycomb pattern, attachment clips, have the ability to be cut at two foot sections without exposing the honeycomb, two predrilled holes per section (one at each end of the section) and pr ovide caps for the holes. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The SIC code is 2439. The NAICS code is 321213. The size standard is 500 employees.
