Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to model desert tortoise activity patterns, habitat use, and movement rates to assess which parameters influence desert tortoise behavior, as well as utilize these basel ine data as part of a larger study to determine the potential effects of human activities on desert tortoises. The period of service will be 1 September 2005 thru 16 December 2005. This is a sole source follow-on project to prior work with ITS Corporatio n and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for DACA42-03-T-0123 will be issued on or about 9 August 2005 with a closing date of 19 August 2005.
