Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting bids on solicitation number 201815B009 to provide all materials and effort for an electric self-propelled center irrigation pivot, Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge. Work includes: PROJECT (1) Furnish all materials and effort to remove and accept as trade-in a Model 307-07 Zimmatic electric self-propelled, 1,260 ft., center irrigation pivot, two PTO pumps, 12kw Deutz generator with pump, and related miscellaneous. PROJECT (2) Provide all materials and effort to furnish and install a new low pressure electric drive circle irrigation pivot, sized to fit within space limits (approx. 1,260 ft.), and 12 KW diesel generator system. The project is located at Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge, Las Vegas, San Miguel County, New Mexico. The estimated price magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. The total performance period is expected to be 30 calendar days or less. Bid evaluation will be on firm fixed price, low bid, responsive and responsible contractor. The project is solicited restricted as small business set aside. NAICS Code: 238990, size standard will be indicated in the solicitation. The exact timelines will be indicate in the solicitation package when issued. We anticipate a pre bid site visit to be held starting the week of August 29, 2005.
