- The purpose of this modification is to address industry questions and BEP answers. Below you'll find the questions and answers. 1. Who is responsible for providing offload rigging & setting the machine in place/position The Contractor will be responsible for all off-loading and rigging into position. 2. Describe exactly here the machine is to be placed i.e., how far from loading dock? any obstacles? door sizes fitting through?......etc. The total length required to move the machine from the loading dock to Platemaking is about 300 feet. The width of the dock doors are about 15 feet, with the hallway around 20 feet wide. If necessary the contractor can request a site visit of the facility 3. Who is responsible for lift trucks, operations, etc.? Contractor is responsible for all unloading/off-loading equipment. 4. Safety Features. What is the requirement for rear control in item 5.0(g)? Both. 5. Any start up and/or training required? Contractor is required to provide on-site training. No bid extension will be entertained.
