- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,000 to 2,250 rentable sq. ft in and around LaVale or Frostburg, Maryland within Allegany County. The space should yield between 1,750 to 2,000 BOMA usable sq. ft. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space should be ready for occupancy by December 31, 2005. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
