- Pre-Invitation Notice - The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment required to build a small dedicated, secure prisoner "interlock" circulation bond release corridor for the United States Marshals Service (USMS) adjacent to the prisoner attorney interview rooms located on the basement level of the Robert J. Dole Courthouse, 500 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS, per the Scope of Work and drawings attached and hereby incorporated. Estimated cost range: $50,000 to $80,000. Work is to be completed 45 days after Notice to Proceed.
