- Description
- Requirement: The contractor is expected to provide all labor, material, equipment, and inventory necessary to manage and operate a turn key supply store comparable to a full service, commercial retail hardware store at Langley Air Force Base (AFB), VA. A 3000 square foot facility will be provided for store operation. Historical annual sales average between $1.8 to $2.2 million per year. Primary Payment vehicle will be the government purchase card. A long-term No-Cost Service contract is anticipated, one base year (Nov 05 – Nov 06) and five subsequent one-year options. Multiple awards are not anticipated. This procurement is a competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 444130 (Hardware Stores) with a size standard of $6.0 million. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Additional information on CCR is available at (888) 227-2423 and at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 21 June 2005 via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.eps.gov. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted, and solicitation packages will not be mailed. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
