Description

This amendment is to a solicitation for Construction of Golf Course Maintenance Facility's, Willow Lakes, Warrior Nine at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation Number FA4600-05-R-0021. This is a posting of a solicitation that replaces postings FA4600-05-B-0002, and FA4600-05-B-0002-1. This project consist of all the work necessary to cnstruct an approximately 1900 square foot maintenance facility at the Warrior Nine Golf Course and an approximately 8000 square foot facility at the Willow Lakes Golf Course. This solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation issue date is 19 July 2005; site visitation at Willow Lakes Golf Course at 0900 AM on 01 August 2005; with bid opening date on 19 August 2005 at 0200PM local. Attachment were posted to FA4600-05-B-0002. Please review that for Wage Determination, and Past Performance Questionnaire that is required to be sent to evaluators by bidders. The Drawings and Spec's (CS's) will be mailed out. To obtain a copy of the drawing/specifications, vendors must provide a written request to be included on the Bidders Mailing List to William L. Tomson, or Donald E. Simons. Vendors should monitor this website for additional information, changes and /or updates.
