- Description
- The Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA has a requirement to provide drive unit repairs for approximately 25 repairs per year. Raymond Forklift, Model 589, Serial Number 589-93-00319 and Model 89, Serial Number 089-88-00167, Transaxle P/N 136-00-179. Repair and/or service drive unit to OEM specifications. Units must be in rebuildable condition. Unit should be repaired within 5 to 7 working days. Contractor will be responsible for pick-up and delivery of each machine with service date/serial number tag for tracking purposes. This notice constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information herein. The acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the size standard to meet$6.0M. A written solicitation will NOT be issued. In addition to the above information, this procurement is subject to the Service Contract Act and a WD is required. The place of performance for this acquisition and any resulting contract is: New Cumberland, PA Wage Determination No. 94-2455 REV (23) dtd 06/01/05 for this location and can be obtained from the Army?s web page at http://www.ceals.usace.army.mil/. Select Wage Determinations (WD); Service Contract Act; enter State and County to Continue; hit Submit. Please review the WD for occupational title(s) that may apply to this procurement. Contractors must pay at least the applicable WD rate to all employees working under any contract that may result from this announcement. Paid Government holidays apply. This notice constitutes the only solicitation document, and it incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26.
