- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for furnishing and installing multi-media projectors prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition has been set aside for award to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2XHD95200A100 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13. The solicitation document and incorporation provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03, AFAC 2005-0209, AETC FAR Sup (15 Apr 2003), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541519 with a small business size standard of 150 employees. CLIN 0001-15 each Multi-media projectors, able to work with existing video & data cabling. Desired capabilities: 3,000 ANSI lumens, 3D Reform, Automatic Vertical Keystone Correction and Wall Colour Correction, built-in stereo speakers and security functions.Compact: 3.6kg weight. Exceptional Brightness: 3,000 ANSI Lumens XGA (1024 x 768) native resolution. UXGA (1600 x 1200) native resolution with Advanced Accublend 3D Reform Geometric Correction for Flexible Installation Automatic Vertical Keystone Correction Wall Colour Correction Multiple Input Terminals Quick Start - 15 Sec & Cooling - 10 Sec. 5W + 5W Stereo Speakers High Quality Video Image Equipped with New Video Decoder with 3D Y/C Separation Equipped with Interlace/Progressive scan Converter (480i / 576i / 1080i) USB Storage using commercially available USB memory. Use a USB mouse for improved operability. Write directly on the screen. Security Function (Password, Control Panel Key Lock) Eco mode CLIN 0002-15 each ceiling mounts for above projectors CLIN 0003-20 each mouse cables to be run in existing conduit. Approximately 30 ft. CLIN 0004-Installation costs for above projectors, ceiling mounts, and mouse cables. Will include the removal of old mouse control cables. These items are to be furnished and installed at: Squadron Officer College, 50 Chennault Circle, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. Basis for the Award: Award will be made to the lowest price offeror who takes no exception to the specifications identified in CLINs 0001-0004. Interested vendors must quote on all items. Partial quotes will not be accepted. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Vendors must be registered with the following Internet databases to be eligible for award: 1. Dept of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR), 2. vendor On Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA), and 3. Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Both CCR and ORCA registrations can be completed on line through http://www.bpn.gov and WAWF registration can be completed at https://wawf.eb.mil. The following DFARS clauses are included by reference: DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (Jan 2005) and the following clauses are applicable under sub-paragraph (a) and (b): 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs (Apr 2003); 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Request (Jan 2004). DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A Central Contractor Registration (Nov 2003) is also applicable.
