- HQ AMC/A34YAC anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 24 Aug 05. Services are to provide international combination passenger and cargo (combi), airlift to various locations. Period of performance will be 01 Dec 05 through 30 Sep 06. Offeror must be able to meet the following requirements: 1. Be a current member of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF). 2. Own or lease aircraft that have the capability to support the following criteria. a. Carry a range of 30 - 40 passengers b. Carry a range of 10 - 20 463L pallets (each pallet position must be able to carry a minimum of 3,000 pounds. 3. Certified to handle hazardous cargo classes 1 - 9.
