Description

The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates issuing a sole source purchase order to Advance Technology System, Inc. to provide a maintenance agreement to perform required maintenance, make minor adjustments and continually monitor performance of the NPS Property Management Web-Based Survey System and NPS Property Management Web-Based Central Supply System; and the creation of detailed Central Supply System training manuals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting descriptive literature illustrating corporate capabilities to provide the required services. The Government will consider all responses received within 15 days after the date of publication of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
