- Accomplish the System Upgrades for the LCAC 62, 64, 65, and 76. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. Contact the Procuring Contracts Specialist for inspection dates/location, contract dates and place of performance. All responsible sources that currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFARS 217.71) prior to award may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Firms who do not possess an Agreement for Boat Repair are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application without impacting the vessels? availability dates. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items. These contract documents may be examined or obtained at Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), 3755 Brinser Street; Suite 1, Box 368106, San Diego, California.
