- Notice to negotiate a sole source basis with Anteon Corp. Fairfax, VA for the continued analysis of the Technical Refresher Program for the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey. The requirement is for the development of the learning strategies for the delivery of ?web-based? education and training as follows: (1) Conduct an analysis of the previous year?s Tech Refresher program and use this information to improve the design of the current year?s program. After the program has launched, conduct an analysis of the FY06 program in preparation for the development of the FY07 program (2) Create five courses for the IP community in topic areas to be defined in conjunction with the IP Center of Excellence. Each course must contain a final examination which tests the student?s knowledge of the subject material (3) Create each of these five courses at a level of interactivity to be defined in conjunction with the IP Center of Excellence. This is a continued effort, Anteon has previously provided the required task, whose possess expertise and detailed knowledge to perform the effort within the time frame required. Request for oral quotation being utililzed. The required start date is 8 August 2005. Anticipate FFP. Justification and authority is Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.
