- The United States Postal Service hereby submits a Request For Proposal (RFP) for rapid response passenger jet aircraft services to support the United States Postal Inspection Service ability to rapidly respond to hazardous material investigations. Specific origin and destination details appear in the Fact Sheet Attachment. The U.S. Postal Service anticipates establishing a prioritized list of prospective suppliers from this RFP. The agreement awarded under this solicitation will be for a term beginning on or about August 22, 2005 and ending close of business, July 29, 2006.
