- Description
- Project Description: Requirements Contract, LXEZ 05-2900, Demolish Various Facilities, Various Locations, Okinawa, Japan. Work shall include but not limited to demolition and disposal ofunused, old and deteriorated facilities, utilities, equipments, excavation, backfilling, grading, compaction and restoration of sites. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications, drawings/plates, and the terms and conditions of the contract. Place of Performance: a. Kadena Air Base, 18 Muns Area, Kadena Marina, Chibana/O'Donnell Garden/Camp Shields/Plaza/Kishaba Terrace/Zukeran/Sada/Futenma/Chatan/Camp Lester MFH areas. 85% of the delivery orders are estimated to be performed in these areas Camp Courtney MFH, Camp McTureous MFH, and Camp Kinser MFH -5% of the delivery orders are estimated to be performed in these areas. c. Okuma Recreation Center - 5% of the delivery orders are estimated to be performed in this area. d. US Army Facilities - 5% of the delivery orders are estimated to be performed in this area. Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Awards can only be made to firms licensed and authorized to perform work in the country of Japan.
