Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL tentatively intends to post a solicitation during the week of 22 thru 26 August 2005 for the following: Provide information techology support to the Air Force and Army Judge Advocate General's Corps and provide computer-assisted legal research service within the Federal Government as Executive Agent for the Department of Defense in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Period of performance is 01 Nov 05 through 31 Sep 06 with four one-year option periods. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. This acquistion will be conducted on an unrestricted basis. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed by DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A. Interested parties must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil; and, ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov.
