- Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-R-3364, YPG05167000800, NSN: 9150-00-111-0210, Lubricating Oil, Engine. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 3,091 DR. QPL Applies. This NSN is procured as Fully Competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards And/Or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. Products Qualified and Listed on the Qualified Products List for SAE J2361 are also Qualified for MIL-PRF-21260. In accordance with SPEC NR MIL-PRF-21260E, Basic DTD 98 Jul 31, Amend NR DTD, Type Number M21260-4-3-30W. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. Shelf Life 24 months. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The purchase request quantity is 132 DR. QAP 103 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ? August 8, 2005 ? with a closing date of September 8, 2005.
