- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is R6-07-5-7619 and is issued as a Request for Quotations. The NAICS code is 337122. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 26, January 1, 2005. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition? 52.212-1 Instructions to offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluations Commercial Items ? the evaluation criteria stated paragraph (a) of this provision are as follows: (1) price (2) technical capability to meet requirements stated herein; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. In paragraph (b) of 52.212-5, the following apply: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3 (Alt.II), 52.225-13, and 52.232-33. Specifications: Picnic tables will be constructed according to Forest Service Specifications for 8? ADA accessible tables, except the specified material will be primarily redwood (legs and supports may be Douglas Fir). Benches and tops will be full 3? solid planking, 6 x 6? legs and seat supports, 4 x 4? cleats and top supports. Forest Service specifications available on request. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Location/Quantity: 28 picnic tables will be fully assembled and delivered to Ochoco National Forest, Lamonta Warehouse, 1175 N. Lamonta Rd., Prineville OR 97754. 11 picnic tables will be fully assembled and delivered to Ochoco National Forest, Paulina Ranger District, 7803 Beaver Creek Rd., Paulina OR 97751.
