- Description
- Moran Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) restoration project located along the Highway 211 near Usk, Pend Oreille County, Washington. This project consists of furnishing all earth moving equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to excavate several shallow ponds, compacting dikes, grading and shaping spoils, installing spillways for ponds and diked areas, and hauling and placing stumps. An engineered design has been completed and will be provided as part of the specifications of the solicitation. NRCS will provide the culvert materials for the principal spillway on Pond #1. The cement, rebar, and forms will be provided by contractor. Project will be scheduled to start on or around October 3, 2005. Site showing will be scheduled after solicitation has been issued. The solicitation will be issued electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about September 1, 2005. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing.
