- Description
- The United States Department of Education intends to make a sole source award to Annams Systems Corporation for the acquisition of the Sunflower Mobile Trak Scanner software to be installed in the PDT 8100 Xscale scanners for a quantity of 40 each. This purchase will also include a three-year software support agreement for a quantity of 60 scanners and also includes software installation and testing on 40 of the units. This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with the authority established in 41 USC 253 c, only one responsible source. Annams Systems Corporation is the creator and manufacturer of the Sunflower Mobile Trak scanner software and no other company is authorized to supply this product. Annams Systems is the only responsible source available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for this software. All information in response to this notice must be submitted to the attention of Thurl Frazier, Contract Specialist,Group A, by the close of business on the response date of August 10, 2005.
