- Armed Guard Services are required for the Federal Aviation Administration, Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 1850 Sigsbee St. Indianapolis, Indiana. Solicitation DTFAGL-06-R-00012 is a small business set-aside for an initial period and four option years. Offerors must be licensed in the state of Indiana, have 5 years experience in guard services and have a business address (not a post office box)within a 150 mile radius of Indianapolis, Indiana, all of these, at the time the offer is presented.
