- The VA Medical Center at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13, for scanning documents for Fiscal Service. Provide scanning services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation for a period of one year with the option of four (4) additional years. The scanning shall take place at the contractor's place of business. This solicitation is 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 561410 and the size standard is $6.0M. All offers are to be submitted to the designated office by September 1, 2005. Electronic or faxed versions of proposals will not be accepted. Electronic solicitation may be obtained at the following URL:http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Any amendments or additional information issued to this solicitation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted.
