Description

CSC Applied Technologies LLC (CSC) contemplates issue of an UNFUNDED Request For Proposal (URFP) for Construction Entry Protection Building 500 at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number URFP067P. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date in the absence of funding. Offers will be required to provide for an acceptance period which extends through 31 December 2005. Offers may be privately opened after the closing date to determine apparent low offeror. Result of offers will not be publicly announced unless award of contract should result. Offer bid bonds will be held for the entire acceptance period should funds not be readily forthcoming. It is recommended that offerors consider this impact on their bonding capacity if an offer is anticipated. The XTLF 02-1029 Entry Protection Building 500 consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to construct a new drive and parking, colored concrete walls, lighting, both fixed and removable bollards and associated work at Vance AFB in accordance with the specification and project drawings to provide for a complete project. NAICS 238990, Small Business Set Aside, Small Business Size $12M. Magnitude $250K-$500K. Estimated Issue Date: 15 August 2005 Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 30 August 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Bldg. 244 Dock 4. Bid Closing Date: 14 September 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Bldg 244 Dock 4. All interested persons wishing to attend the, non-mandatory but highly recommended, Pre-Bid Meeting must provide the following information a minimum of five (5) days prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting or access to Vance AFB cannot be guaranteed.
