A firm-fixed-price Requirements type commercial contract is contemplated with one basic year and 2 (two) one year options for repair of F108/CFM 56-2A/2B Stage 1 Fan Rotor Blades. Item 0001: NOUN: F108 Stage 1 Fan Rotor Blades Input/Output NSN 2840-01-196-6053PN, P/N: 305-433-401-0/301-291-938-0/301-291-939-0/301-291-941-0/301-291-942-0/301-291-947-0/301-291-948-0. BEQ as follows: 120 EA Basic Year; 100 EA OPT I; 110 EA OPT II. Delivery: Item 0001: 30 EA per month starting 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets for all contract years. Applicable to: F108 Engine, KC-135R Aircraft. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Description: The Stage 1 Fan Rotor Blades are made of a titanium alloy, they are tip shrouded and approximately 23 inches (590 mm) long. Each of the blades has a dovetail base that engages in a disk rim recess. Blades are individually retained by a spacer that limits radial movement and by a blade retainer that limits axial movement. Item 0002: The approximate solicitation issue date is 15 JUL 2005 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 15 AUG 2005.
