Description

The Defense Contracting Command-Washington, on behalf of the U.S. Army Center of Military History, National Museum of the U.S. Army, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for advisory and assistance project management support non-personal ser vices. The requirements include support in advocacy and strategic planning, special studies, performance analysis, educational programs and exhibition development, concept planning, budgeting, business case analysis, logistics management, marketing and co mmunications, operations planning, facilities coordination, historical artifact valuation services, and other advisory and assistance non-personal services as determined to be necessary by the Government during the progress of the National Museum of the U. S. Armys project. The work requires a SECRET Clearance. These services are currently supported through Contract Number W74V8H-05-C-0011 with Supra Corporation. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Only proposals received from responsible Small Businesses will be considered. The NAICS code is 54161, Small Business Size Standard of $6.0 Million. It is antic ipated that solicitation number W74V8H-05-R-0041 will be issued on or about 8 August 2005.
