Description: One, multi-engine, fixed wing aircraft to support the Environmental Protection Agency with flights originating from Anchorage, Alaska. The aircraft will be used to transport 12 to 14 passengers to Bethel, Fairbanks, Barrow, Alpine, Deadhorse and Barter Island. From Bethel, there will be flights to Atmautluak, Nunapitchuk and Kasigluk. The proposed dates are August 9, 2005 through August 11, 2005. The project estimates 12 flight hours. The aircraft will have an overnight in Anchorage and Barrow. One of the passengers requires additional leg room and a reclining seat. The vendor must have an Aircraft Rental Agreement (ARA) with the Alaska Regional Office of Aviation Management.
