Description

NAVAIR Orlando Training Systems Division has a requirement for the Navy Aviation Simulation Master Plan (NASMP) system architecture optimization based on the use of RTI NG Pro?. The Navy intends on issuing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Virtual Technology Corporation (VTC), 5510 Cherokee Avenue Suite 350, Alexandria VA on a sole source basis. Under the proposed contract, the Navy will task VTC to perform analyses to determine the optimum NASMP federation design based on the use of RTI NG Pro?, define federation agreements resulting from the outcome of these analyses, analyze federate implementations of RTI NG Pro?, and produce products necessary to support the federate implementation of the federation agreements and federation construction. The stated limits of the negotiated contract will contain a base year (12 months) plus two option years (12 months each) for a total duration of three years (36 months). The stated minimum quantity of supplies will be $100,000 and the stated maximum quantity will be $5,000,000.00. The Government will place orders for individual requirements. The orders will be issued on a firm-fixed price and cost reimbursement basis. The total estimated dollar value of this requirement is $5,000,000.00 of APN funds. See Note 22.
