- This requirement is in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-05-T-0068. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-05. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334511 and has a size standard of 750. NUWC Division Keyport has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001: 1 Each Portable Acoustic Sonobuoy Simulator. Features: MIL-STD-1472 one-man lift complaint; Self-Contained, portable unit; Sunlight readable, menu-driven LCD touch panel; Operates from either ext! ernal power (AC or DC) or internal battery; Battery charge status displayed on the LCD panel; Selectable sonobuoy channel, sonobuoy output levels (RF and analog), and sea states; Extremely stable baseband frequency and FM deviation levels; Weight 25 Pounds; Power: 50-400 Hz; 115-230 VAC; 28 VDC Nickel Metal Hydride Battery equipped with automatic re-charge, and voltage/temp overcharge protection; Storage temp range: minus 20 degree Celsius to plus 45 degrees Celsius; Operating temp range: minus 10 degrees Celsius to plus 40 degrees Celsius; NEMA 4 Rated LCD Touch Panel Signal Accuracy Baseband, and RF Frequency to 0.003 Percent; FM Deviation Level to 0.1 Percent.
