- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility intend to procure various demineralizer tanks. Delivery is FOB Destination ? Nuclear Regional Maintenance Depot Bangor, WA (NRMD-Bangor). Delivery scheduled is Jan 2006. The 100% small business set aside solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Aug 2005 with a 14 day closing using Commercial Simplified Acquisition procedures per FAR 13.5. When issued the RFQ will be posted on the NECO website @ www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone of fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.carkeek@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offerorexperiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. Only vendors registered in the Central Contractor Registion (CCR) will be considered for contract award. See www.ccr2000.com for more information on registering. No bidders? list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
