- Delivery Location for all material is: Navy Recruitment District, 10306 NW Prairie View Rd., Kansas City, MO 64153 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation no. is N00244-05-T-0857. The RFQ & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation is restricted to small business and small business manufacturers. Business size standard of 500 employess is applicable. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center-San Diego (FISC-SD N00244) is announcing requirement for the following "Clin 0001: Advertising Services for US Navy Recruitment , 1 Group. for Twell Months. All Material will be inspected & accepted at Destination (Government Location). Important Notice: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Central Contractor Registration" (CCR) is required & applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6-1-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offer/quoter ineligible for award of contract/purchase order. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
