- NAICS Code: 334516 The Environmental Protection Agency intends to issue a sole source purchase order to LECO Corporation to provide a one-year service maintenance agreement for the GC Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer, manufactured by LECO. The instrument is used for chemical determination in support of the civil and criminal enforcement program for the National Enforcement Investigations Center, Denver, Colorado. The analytical instrument is highly technical and very sensitive. The vendor must be able to provide a maintenance agreement, which includes the following: software upgrade releases, which are continuances of delivered versions. The vendor must have the hardware, software, parts and labor to perform the requirement. The Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order with a period of performance of September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006. The service NAICS code is 334516, and the cost of service is not to exceed fifteen thousand United States dollars ($15,000.00). All quotes must be inclusive of taxes/fees, installation, start-up, on site training for the purchaser's staff, labor and travel expense for all repairs within the restrictions stated in the warranty for specified amount of time.
