- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1) this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition for application development and programming support at EPA?s Region 2 facility located in New York, New York. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 3.0 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs). No solicitation is anticipated and proposals will not be accepted. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Luis Luna. The Contracting Officer is Jill E. Robbins. The projected end date for this competition is October 29, 2005.
