Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 3,531 each 320 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report(FATR) is due 208 DACA.Required d elivery without First Article Testing is 3,531 each 220 days after contract award.The Government has rights to the technical data,the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.This acquis ition contains data which is considered Critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.This acquisition contains Tec hnical Data whose Export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22,USC.,SEC 2751 ET SEQ)or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC.,APP 2401-2402) Executive order 121470.
