- This a COMBINED SYSNOPSIS/SOLICIATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This constitutes the only solicitation: price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMH00050035 Incorporates provisions and clauses identified in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 97-3, as required. NAICS code is 335311. Full & Open Competition with no set-asides. This project will be procured using commercial item procedures. This procurement is to furnish all labor, parts, materials and transportation for the following NEW items as decribed: 1. Pad Mounted Switchgear - Dead front, 15KV, 95KV Bil Padmounted switchgear with one (1) 3-pole 600 amp group operated Auto-Jet Switch and one (1) three phase sets of fuse mountings for SMU-20 fuses. Desert Tan finish, 3-SML fuse and fitting, 3 SMU-20 fuses, 4 each. 2. Pad Mounted Switchgear - Dead front, 15KV, 95KV Bil Padmounted switchgear with two (2) 3-pole 600 amp group operated Auto-Jet Switch and two (2) three phase sets of fuse mountings for SMU-20 fuses. Desert Tan finish, 6-SML fuse and fitting, 6 SMU-20 fuses, 6 each. 3. Pad Mounted Switchgear - Dead front, 15KV, 95KV Bil Padmounted switchgear with three (3) 3-pole 600 amp group operated Auto-Jet Switch and one (1) three phase sets of fuse mountings for SMU-20 fuses. Desert Tan finish, 3-SML fuse and fitting, 3 SMU-20 fuses, 2 each. 4. Pad Mounted Switchgear - Dead front, 15KV, 95KV Bil Padmounted switchgear with one (1) 3-pole 600 amp group operated Auto-Jet Switch and three (3) three phase sets of fuse mountings for SMU-20 fuses. Desert Tan finish, 9-SML fuse and fitting, 9 SMU-20 fuses, 2 each. DELIVERY IS TO SAN CARLOS IRRIGATION PROJECT, 13805 N. ARIZONA BLVD., COOLIDGE, AZ 85228, COOLIDGE, AZ.
