- Provide all labor and vehicles to transport non-ambulatory/handicapped patients under the auspices of VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN and Twin Ports Outpatient Clinic, Superior, WI for the period of October 1, 2005 (or date of award) through September 30, 2006 with an Option to Renew for one (1) 12-month period. Offers will be evaluated technically on facilities, vehicles, driver/driver qualifications, etc. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about August 3, 2005 and will be issued via Fed Biz Opps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov with proposals due by 3:30 P.M. September 2, 2005. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site regularly to obtain amendments. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing. Proposals must be submitted in writing to the issuing office, be in accordance with the preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation, and be timely. No web based offers will be accepted.
