Description: The Naval Oceaongraphic Office intends to solicit and award, on an other than full and open compititve (sole source) basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a purchase order to Mackay Communications, Jacksonville, Florida. The purchase order type will be firm fixed priced. The requirement is for two (2) WorldCommunicators with four (4) portable antenna.
