Description

The intent of this project is to provide and install a pallet conveyor system, a package conveyor system, stand-up electric tow tractors and trailers, pallet handling pick up and delivery stations, fire protection system, and miscellaneous workstation equipment for Bldg 56 at Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. The contractor shall also train depot personnel in the operation and maintenance of all equipment furnished. The contractor shall provide a warranty for one year after final acceptance. The solicitation package will be available on or about 01 June 2005. Requests for a copy of the RFQ and Responses to this (RFQ) can be faxed to 717-770-7591 or email vonda.debolt@dla.mil. Your request should contain: (1) Company name and complete mailing address; (2) Point of Contact; (3) Phone and facsimile numbers; (4) Business size; and (5) CAGE Code, DUNS number and Federal Tax ID Number. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is anticipated; further information will be in the solicitation. To receive awards resulting from this solicitation, your company MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Registration is available via the Internet at www.ccr.gov.This acquisition is unrestricted and open to both large and small business concerns.
