Description: The Forest Service requires the applying of herbicides for the control of noxious weeds within and adjacent to the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness on the Salmon-Challis National Forest, Lemhi County, Idaho. This project will be advertised as a performance-based commercial item written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Project is to be completed by November 15, 2010. The estimated start work date is September 15, 2005. Quotes are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, September 8, 2005. The solicitation will be available on approximately August 18, 2005, and can be downloaded from this site at that time. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. You may register at www.ccr.gov.
